My therapeutic experience includes working for Space 2B Heard as a domestic abuse counsellor, interpersonal psychotherapist (in training) and as a volunteer for Valued Minds, a low cost counselling service.

I’ve also worked for MIND as a mental health support worker, Barnardos delivering the wellness recovery action plan, and as a care officer in a residential childrens home. 

Ethical practice

I am registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) who are the professional body for counsellors and psychotherapists in the UK. This means that I am qualified to a high standard which is recognised by them. I am also insured, DBS checked and have an appropriate level of superversion each month, to make sure that I am practicing ethically.

If you need to cancel please allow me 24 hours notice, if you cancel within 24 hours of your booked appointment, you will be charged.

I offer a free 30-minute consultation call to get to know each other before we agree to work together.
